Introduction to Exercise. Tuesdays from 10.00 to 11.00 for 12 weeks. This course runs continuosly and entry depends upon spaces being available. A very basic introduction to exercise for any ability with no prior experience necessary. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of the individuals.

Advanced Exercise. Tuesdays 11.00 to 12.00. A 12 week course within a continuous programme throughout the year. This class will run as a structured class with the opportunity to put together aerobic routines and to exercise to music.

Football. Thursdays from 4.45pm. You may start at any time dependent on space being available. This course is self funding and there will be a charge of £2 each week.
An enjoyable session for those looking to brush up their football skills or to have a social game. FA qualified coach on site and the course is open to individuals at any level.

Supported Walking Group. Every Fortnight. Gentle walks for half an hour or so. Phone Jan at the Carlton Centre 01934 426442 for more details. More adventurous walks may also be available. Generally no charge but may be a charge on some walks to cover transport or other costs.

Supported Walking Group Every week meets at the Carlton Centre 11am on Tuesdays. This will be a brisk walk for about 2 and a half hours covering 4 to 5 miles.
